CERADRIVE - RUBBER-CERAMIC COATING FOR PULLEYS
MATERIAL DESCRIPTION
High performance elasto-ceramic coating with inserts made of 92% Al2O3 and which also have additives of metal oxide compounds for additional resistance to wear.
All ceramic coverings are composed of:
White ceramic blocks, melted at high temperature and made of high-grade sintered aluminum oxide.
They also have additives of metal oxide compounds for additional resistance to wear and tear.
Upper side with triangular 2 mm teeth for:
• Excellent 3-D mechanical grip
• Grip / mechanical lock on the strap
• Monolithic blocks embedded three-dimensionally in the rubber
• Highly resistant to wear for direct use on pulleys or steel plates. It comes with CN layer according to application.
